In our Maths lessons this week, we have started using 10s frames to help develop the children’s understanding of numbers. The children have been using double-sided counters to place in the 10s frames, helping them to visualise numbers and practise counting.

We have also been learning about odd and even numbers, using the counters to help us see which numbers can be shared into pairs and which cannot.
