This week, the children worked incredibly hard on writing their own versions of Little Red Riding Hood. They showed great imagination and really impressed us with their storytelling skills.

To celebrate all their hard work, we spent our final lesson enjoying the book You’re Called What?! - a hilarious non-fiction book all about real animals with very silly names! The children were amazed to discover that these creatures really do exist.

Inspired by the book, the children then created their own animals with funny, made-up names. They let their imaginations run wild and came up with some wonderfully creative (and very funny!) ideas.
