The children have worked hard in English so far this term.  This week, we enjoyed reading Pig and Small.  The story follows a pig who makes friends with a tiny bug.  They struggle to find things they can do together because of the size difference but end up firm friends.  In Thursday's lesson, the children wrote about things a pig, bug and elephant could do together.  Some were ideas which worked for the animals, some were a disaster!  We enjoyed sharing examples of some writing with the whole class.  Here are a few pieces:
