This week Otter class and Kingfisher Class have been learning about the number five. The children learnt the song ‘five little peas in a pea pod press’ and practised counting five objects.

In drawing club the children have been learning about the owl who is afraid of the dark. They learnt about what the setting was in the story and they drew a picture of the dark including a moon and a star with the initial sounds to match their pictures.

The children have also been looking at leaves, looking carefully at the veins in the leaf and drawing their own.

Thank you to all the parents that attended parents evening.

It was great to see the children share their work with you. We are very proud of their achievements.
